Write Surah meanings to connect deeply
Whenever my daughter create a wet on wet watercolour page, I save it to use in so many ways and one of them is to write the meanings of small surahs or passages from the Qur’an. I use the M.S. Abdel Haleem translation by Oxford Press. Whenever you sit down with the Qur’an, it connects you back to your purpose and grounds you no matter what you’re going through. Writing down the meanings brings it alive and you can use these cards as morning reminders and a way to reflect deeply when you read them and write them out.
