Most women work with me for anywhere between 3-10 sessions or more depending on the challenge(s) they want to address.

Reaching out for help when we feel lost, confused, or unhappy takes courage.
My aim is to help you navigate the thoughts, feelings, and actions that are getting in the way of living fully. With an integrated approach using trauma-informed practice and cognitive behavioural tools, we will work together to better understand how you are coping with past or current life experiences, and develop a plan to help you cope more effectively.
After our work begins, you will be on a path towards healing with a greater understanding of:
Emotion regulation tools
Deeper self-awareness of your coping style, impact of early life experiences, and methods of self-protection you have developed over time
Support for setting healthy boundaries
A compassionate understanding of your past
Tools to regulate your nervous system
